The company is engaged in the management of real estate properties. Its activities are centered in the property and construction business. The company was incorporated in December of 1979, and it was formerly known as PROCISA. The company has a registered head office located in Madrid, Spain. The company has been building homes and offices with a single purpose: quality. The company's office buildings include A.Baena, a three storey building with curtain wall front and two garage levels which was completed in 1993; Almagro, are two completely refurbished buildings with seven story high; and the Jose Maria Soler Square, a three storey building which was completed in 1999. The company's residential areas are surrounded by park and forest areas, artificial lakes, and a private road network throughout the estate which is located in Somosaguas. Built on a total of approximately 321,000 square meters are 685 homes, of which 256 are semi-detached villas, 128 duplex apartments, and 301 independent villas, where each area is constantly surveyed by security staff, with a Control Center at the entrance of each area for the identification of the persons and vehicles authorized by the owners, as well as electronic surveillance and night patrols. In addition, the company also has the best Sports Center in Spain, the Sports Club La Finca, a nine hole golf course, and a convention center, where one may hold events, both professional and private. Through its subsidiaries, the company is also active in the Netherlands. One of the company's subsidiaries is Urbanizadora Somosaguas SA, a company primarily engaged in the development and selling of real estate.
