The company, with headquarters in Pozuelo de Alarcon, Spain, is engaged in the provision of legal services. It is consists of more than 100 lawyers specialized in all aspects of banking and property law. The company is one of the largest providers of legal services in Spain. It was incorporated in December of 2000. The company is part of Transcom Worldwide S.A., a Spanish-based company active in the provision of customer relationship management (CRM) with 30 contact centers delivering services to 17 countries across Europe. The company offers a wide range of legal services packages, including legal assistance purchasing and financing a property in Spain, after-sales package, and Spanish will. It provides a comprehensive after-sales package, including preparation and presentation of the property owners' imputed income tax and wealth tax every year to the Spanish treasury; contracting utilities for the property: water, electricity, gas, telephone and Internet; representation in Spain for communications and some tax purposes; safeguarding and delivering to the client all the administrative documentation and correspondence pertaining to the property, on an annual basis; and preparation of a bilingual power of attorney for the after-sales service, to be executed before an English public notary or before the Spanish consulate. The Spanish will package includes legal and tax advice for making a Spanish will; preparation of a bilingual will for the assets in Spain according to client's intentions (or informative translation into Spanish in case it is not bilingual); safekeeping an official copy of the will in its offices; to appoint executors in Spain the lawyers of its firm; and notary public expenses and first official copy of the will.
